Our raw material – finest Arriba cocoa
For our chocolates we use only the finest Arriba cocoa. This is grown and harvested sustainably. As a result, we can always ensure consistent quality and, last but not least, exclusive taste.
We already pay attention to the selection of cocoa beans, which we can trace back to the individual plantation and the gentle processing of our chocolate to the highest quality.
The cocoa comes from the best growing regions of the countries of Ecuador, Venezuela and Ghana. The production of our chocolate is produced from the bean to the bar in two smaller Swiss chocolate manufactures and conched there for more than 72 hours.
