To your liking, we equip either the finest Swiss Grand Cru chocolate with 65% cocoa content from varietal Arriba cocoa beans or fine Swiss premium milk chocolate with 50% cocoa content.

We already pay attention to the selection of cocoa beans, which we can trace back to the individual plantation and the gentle processing of our chocolate to the highest quality.

The cocoa comes from the best growing regions of the countries of Ecuador, Venezuela and Ghana. Our chocolate is produced from the bean to the table in two smaller Swiss chocolate factories. There she is concatenated for more than 72 hours. Your SchoggiMAIL will then be hand-packed in workshops for supervised work.

Grand Cru Chocolate

with 65% varietal Arribakakao from Ecuador.

The tropical climate in the highlands of Ecuador and the volcanic earth give the noble cocoa variety Criollo (Spanish: The locals) its unmistakable character. Already the Mayan and Aztec peoples grew Criollo cocoa and appreciated its taste preciousness.

Criollo cocoa from Ecuador is characterized by an intense cocoa flavor with fruity-floral notes.

According to a traditional Swiss recipe, the raw chocolate is made from Criollo cocoa, some cane sugar and a hint of vanilla. During just over 72 hours, this is then conched and by bottling it into a wafer-thin form, the bar of chocolate gets its delicate enamel and thus becomes the Grand Cru premium chocolate with 65% cocoa content.

Ingredients:

Cocoa mass from arriba cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract. Cocoa ingredients: min. 65%.
May contain traces of milk, hazelnuts, almonds, soy and peanuts.
Nutritional value per 100 g: 2170 kJ, 523 kcal, protein: 6 g, carbohydrates: 52 g, fat: 39 g.

Swiss Premium-Milk Chocolate

with 50% cocoa content.

Unique geoclimatic conditions in Ecuador, Venezuela and Ghana give cocoa beans their typical flavours. These are enhanced and intensified by their individual fermentation and roasting of each cocoa.
For the production of a premium milk chocolate, the finest cocoa varieties from Venezuela, Ecuador and Ghana are carefully read out in order to create an incomparable and intense character of the chocolate. The delicate enamel and the unique crémic milk note are rounded off by bourbon vanilla. With a cocoa content of more than 50, this premium milk chocolate towers over the chocolate market around worlds, setting new flavour accents.

Cocoa mass, sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, vanilla, emulsifier (E322 soy lecithin).
Cocoa ingredients: 50%, whole milk ingredients: 23%. May contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts.
